Samples are available for colour and texture match only, and vary in size, most wallpapers are A4, and fabrics 6" square. Larger returnable samples are available for a deposit. Orders are accepted and promises for delivery given conditionally upon our being able to secure the necessary goods, and without responsibility for delays arising through uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our control.

All social media competitions are limited to UK delivery unless stated otherwise. Winners are picked at random and will be notified via the social media outlet that the competition is being held on. Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other item.
Goods must be inspected and checked before cutting. If the goods are received damaged, then they should be signed for as such and we must be advised in writing immediately. Goods will be exchanged.
No claims can be entertained or exchanges made once the material has been cut. No returns can be accepted or will be credited without prior agreement, therefore email us us within seven days or telephone us on 01273 495500. If the customer is not happy with the goods supplied for reasons other than faulty goods or damaged goods they cannot be returned which is why we encourage customers to ask for a sample of the goods before placing an order. Many of our wallpapers are printed to order, or printed in small batches and are by are therefore deemed as bespoke items. Returns of wallpaper can only be accepted on 5 rolls (of each design and colourway) or more and a 25% handling charge will be incurred.
All sale Items are non-returnable.
Should a customer wish to cancel an order, prior to despatch, fabricsandpapers.com will give the customer a full refund of their money within 30 days of their notifying fabricsandpapers of the cancellation.
Customers are required to pay for the carriage of any goods being returned unless the goods were either faulty or the order was sent out in error, in which case fabricsandpapers.com will refund the postage in full.
Our made to order furniture range is non-returnable upon signature of the agreed contract. This is due to the items having been specifically made for each individual. Prior to work being started on your order you will be given the opportunity to amend any input errors.
Once you have placed an order a member of staff will be in contact, they will check that you are happy with the order and subsequently send out samples of fabric/wood/stud detailing.

We will ensure that the fabric pattern always matches up; however the pattern repeats may vary from the ones shown on our 3D models.
Delivery normally takes 6-8 weeks, and an estimated lead time will be arranged prior to confirmation of the contract.
We will strive to deliver all goods on the notified date and time, if for any reason the delivery is delayed we will not accept liability for any inconvenience or loss arising from delays.
We do not have the facilities to store your ordered products, we ask for you to be available to receive your order within 4 weeks of completion, if delays occur we reserve the right to charge for storage and/or wasted delivery costs.
The customer is liable for providing the correct access information and a safe means of access from the public highway.
Damage due to inadequate site access shall be at your own risk.
In the rare case your goods are accidentally damaged in the course of delivery our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods.
Your bespoke furniture is specifically tailored to you therefore none two pieces will be exactly the same.We offer a 25-year guarantee on frames and spring’s when the products are used in domestic situations and maintained as required. This guarantee does not apply to misuse abuse or neglect on the part of the user or scratches or discolouration to wood finishes.
In the first instance any complaint should be made direct to our Customer Services Department and we will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly, confidentially, and effectively within 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
