A striking printed velvet with a design of multicoloured fruits and flowers on a patterned charcoal ground. The design, which features grapes, pomegranates, blackberries, cherries, and acorns alongside roses and varieties of dianthus, was first produced in 1911 and inspired by a mille-fleurs tapestry. It remains within the Arts and Crafts aesthetic, but would look perfect in a period or a contemporary room.
