A visually striking velvet fabric with a busy collage design featuring bursting blooms, elegant peacocks and arching paisley motifs printed in rich shimmering shades of green, indigo and aubergine on an off-white ground. The design was created and named to mark the 140th birthday celebrations at Liberty and is inspired by a selection of special designs selected from the archive, drawn in pencil from original documents before being hand painted in gouache.
