Have the perfect half term day out with the whole family on a budget. At Alice Holt Forest you can hire bicycles and explore via the two bike trails. Otherwise, hunt for the Gruffalo on foot.
It offers the perfect environment for burning off energy. You can even bring the dog too! Once you’ve had your fill of outdoor fun - warm up in the cafe with a nice hot chocolate!
The Great Brick Safari - RHS Gardens Wisley
Discover life-sized LEGO brick creations hiding amongst the lush foliage. They can be found in both the temperate and tropical zones of the glasshouse.
You will also be able to learn more about the animals and plants such as their natural habitat and conservation efforts taking place around the world.

If you are looking for half term activities near London, a trip to Hampton Court Palace is an ideal choice. During half term you have the chance to discover how to turn chocolate beans in to hot drinks and desserts. You can even try your hand at making chocolate the baroque way!
