We aim to deliver your item in 2-3 working days to a Standard UK address. For delivery to Europe please allow 5-7 working days and ROW 7-10 working days.
On all items cut, printed, or made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is prepared especially for you with the utmost care and quality.
We recommend ordering samples to see the true colour, texture and pattern in your space. Our team is also happy to advise on quantities, helping you order accurately and support our green initiative to reduce waste.
For items, such as standard wallpapers and ready made cushions, we offer a 14-day return policy.

How do I choose the right fabric for my room?
Consider the room’s light, style, and how the fabric will be used. Lighter fabrics are perfect for curtains and create an airy look; velvets and textured weaves offer warmth and depth, ideal for upholstery. Samples help you see the true colour and feel in your space. You can use our moodboard tool to create schemes with your favourite designs or book yourself a consultation with our Interior Designer for more in-depth help.
How much fabric will I need to order?
For curtains, this depends on your window size, heading style and desired fullness. Our team is happy to advise on accurate quantities to avoid over- or under-ordering. For upholstery we advise speaking to the person carrying out the work, if this is us then the F&P bespoke team will be able to advise. We also have a number of handy measuring guides for you to use.
How much are bespoke curtains?
Because each pair of our curtains are handmade to order here in the UK, prices vary depending on your fabric choice, lining, size and finishing details.
