Sampling Service

We encourage all our customers to take advantage of our sampling service to see the items you are purchasing before they are dispatched.  As well as reducing our carbon footprint and minimising waste we want to be sure you will love the product as much as we do.

Sample orders are sent via Royal Mail, we aim to have sample orders dispatched within 3-5 working days; please note samples may be sent in multiple deliveries to avoid delay. 

Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day returns policy on standard product orders excluding ALL fabrics and wallpapers that are cut to order. Please note we are unable to accept back part orders, if you are unsure on how many rolls of wallpaper you need, get in touch, we will be happy to work this out for you. VAT & Import Charges

• All prices on our website include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%
• If you are placing an order for goods to be delivered outside the UK then VAT will be removed at the checkout. 
• Deliveries outside the UK, may incurr import VAT or duties, the courier will contact you to pay these before delivery. (This excludes sample orders)

Express Delivery

If you need an item by a particular date please get in contact, we will always do our best to find you a suitable delivery option.
