Once you’ve chosen the right package for your project, we’ll book your initial appointment and send you our pre-appointment questionnaire. This allows our designers to prepare and source potential ideas in advance, ensuring your meeting is productive, inspiring, and tailored to you.

For those looking for specialist advice on any aspect of their interior design, we’re here to help.
We understand that the many decisions involved in decorating a home can feel time-consuming and costly. So, our personalised advice can make the process simpler, more enjoyable and will help you feel confident in your choices.
Your hour's appointment is entirely yours to use in whatever way is most helpful. Sessions typically last around one hour and can be held online or in-person at our Sussex Showroom.

Emma Vans Agnew
Design Director
With over 30 years’ experience designing country houses, five-star hotels, exclusive apartments and family homes - including a formative period with the renowned design house Colefax and Fowler - Emma now leads our interior design team.
Sharing her extensive knowledge and expertise, she plays a hands-on role in developing bespoke furniture and fabric designs, drawing on her deep understanding of traditional craftsmanship and timeless style.
Hannah Irish
Senior Interior Designer
Hannah brings a wealth of industry experience to the F&P Interiors team, having previously held roles at esteemed design houses including Designers Guild, Louise Bradley, and Anna Spiro Design.
Passionate about textiles, craftsmanship and luxury interiors, she provides a highly professional and personalised service - offering expertise in everything from floor plans and moodboards to bespoke product sourcing.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to prepare for my interior design appointment?
First, complete our pre-appointment questionnaire to share as much information about your project as possible. This helps us prepare ideas in advance so we can make the most of your time. Gather floor plans and photos of the room(s) as these are especially useful. Plus, send us any inspirational images or links to Pinterest boards you may have.
What is the difference between the One-to-One Advice and the Room Scheme Packages?
Our One-to-One Advice package gives you complete flexibility to ask any questions that will help you move forward with any aspect of your interior design.
In contrast, our Room Design package offers more in-depth support from start to finish. This includes a personalised moodboard, site visits where required, a sample pack of your chosen materials, and ongoing guidance to help you create a beautiful, cohesive room scheme.
How many rooms can we work on at a time?
Our One-to-One Advice offers the flexibility to discuss as many rooms as you wish. Our Room Scheme and Virtual packages are tailored to focus on a single space, while our Full-Home Design package is designed for multi-room or whole-house projects.
Can I make revisions to the design? If so, how many are included?
Yes, our Room Design and Virtual packages allow for one revision. Our Full-Home Design package will allow for more, depending on the size of the project. Of course, further revisions can be made, but may incur a charge.
What is included in 'Styling and Accessories'?
The finishing touches that complete a room and make it feel like home. This includes lighting, rugs, bedside tables, throws, artwork and sourced antiques.
Where can I try your F&P Interiors furniture range?
For those local to Sussex, we invite you to experience a selection of our bespoke furniture pieces in our Sussex Showroom. We highly recommend seeing the customisable elements in person, exploring our fabric collection, and testing our cushion fillings firsthand.
Are measure visits included?
Yes, our Room Scheme and Full Home packages include a measure visit for projects located within 15 miles of F&P Interiors. If your project is further afield, a site visit may still be possible and would incur an additional charge.

Will I receive samples and mood boards?
Yes, our Room Design, Virtual & Full-Home Design packages include a sample pack which will be sent to your home, and a moodboard of your scheme which will be emailed to you.
Do you handle sourcing and ordering products?
Yes, we work with over 120 designer brands, which continue to grow each year, allowing us to source and order all products on your behalf.
Can you project manage my home renovation?
Our Full-Home package includes project management, which covers the coordination of your design orders and ensures your project runs smoothly and on schedule. However, we are unable to liaise directly with any contractors you appoint, and therefore cannot take responsibility for their work.
Can you recommend contractors?
We do work with several trusted local tradespeople and are happy to provide recommendations. Please note that while we can suggest them, we are unable to take responsibility for their work.
How much do your interior design packages cost?
We offer four design packages at different price points, depending on the scale of your project. Pricing and what is included is detailed above. We can advise you on which option will be the most suitable for your needs - get in touch.
Does F&P Interiors allow for all budgets?
Yes we do. We’ll discuss your budget during the initial call; however, our focus is always on using high-quality, long-lasting and sustainable pieces to achieve a premium finish.
Can I upgrade my package if my project requires?
Yes, of course! If you’ve started with our One-to-One Advice package and later decide that you’d benefit from us building you a more comprehensive design service, you can easily upgrade to our Room Scheme or Full-Home package by paying the difference.
What is your payment schedule?
Design package fees are paid upfront. When your design is complete, we’ll prepare a full quote, and a payment plan will be arranged.
Where do you deliver to?
We manage interior projects all over the world, and can deliver worldwide.
Will I be charged VAT if I live outside of the EU?
No, however, customers receiving goods outside the UK are responsible for any local taxes and/or duties incurred. These are not shown on our pricing, and will be down to your country's individual import regulations and charges.
