Flame Retardant Treatment
Flame Retardent backing for your upholstery fabric. The backcoating process involves the application of a water durable, breathable flame-retardant finish to the underside of the fabric.
It has no effect on the colour, finish or face of the fabric, however once treated, there will be a slight stiffening.
If you are looking to use a fabric for upholstery which needs to be flame retardant, please add this product in as many metres as you are buying of your chosen upholstery fabric. Please note there is a 10 metre minimum charge.

- Please note if you are wishing to have a Velvet or Chenille fabric treated there is a minimum length requirement of 5 metres due to the treatment processes.
